| Bio: | My name is Scott Tracey, and I write urban fantasy. My main goal in life, right now, aside from finding publication is to move somewhere far to the west. The Pacific Northwest is favorite spot in the country (second only to upstate New York), and I'd love to relocate there. Portland, or somewhere in Washington on the water. I am currently represented by Colleen Lindsay at Fineprint Literary Management. My first novel, SHADOWS OF EVIL received interest from two agents, one of them seriously, although it ultimately did not find me an agent. As this was my first novel, and more an attempt to prove to myself that I could do it (rather than trying to tell a unique story), I'm not too heartbroken. My second novel, WITCH EYES, is definitely my more unique and interesting work - this book allowed me to stretch my range a bit, experiment with some new ideas, and basically get a little world building in. WITCH EYES follows Braden's journey, as he tries to uncover who he really is, find acceptance, and deal with the perilous life that comes with his gift. Add in a pinch of demons, several cups of witchcraft, a couple of ounces of supernatural mafia, and bake to a golden crisp. | |
